Too Much Corporate Speak

Lay the foundation for accelerating our pace of innovation, including focusing on ways to improve clarity of decision making, drive greater accountability, and reduce layers in the organization so we can move faster.
Where did that quote originate? An internal Microsoft memo, of course, explaining the recent management shakeup to employees.

sounds like people will be out of work.
