I’m quickly approaching the end of day 18 without cigarettes. I’ll soon be at the point that I can count months rather than days.

    Tony,
Quitting cigs is the best thing you could do for you and your family! I quit about 16 or 17 years ago and I never thought I could do it. Just take one day at a time, until not smoking
becomes a habit. One more piece of advice, if you drink a lot of coffee you will probably need to cut back. The nicotine in your system works against the caffeine. Once you get the nicotine out of your system the caffeine may affect you more. I used to drink coffee all day long if I do that now I can’t sleep at night(about 10 cups a day)
    Good Luck,
    Jack
